For decades, you have masked the exhaustion, carried the quiet weight of feeling different or difficult, and wondered why family trauma left such deep echoes. A late neurodivergent diagnosis is a revelation. We will untangle your past, honor your unique wiring, and reclaim your God-given strengths.

"Understanding that my sensitive heart and autistic mind were intentional designs of God changed everything. The exhaustion of masking washed away."
Many late-diagnosed neurodivergent women spent their lives assuming their differences were character flaws, aggravated by childhood environments where emotional safety was limited. Here, we address the intersection of family scripts, neurological wiring, and spiritual wholeness.
You spent your childhood and adult years forcing yourself into boxes that were never meant for you, always trying to silence your sensitivity. Growing up in complex family settings meant your needs were overshadowed by ongoing trauma, leaving you feeling constantly misaligned, overwhelmed, and mislabeled as difficult.
Finding out you are neurodivergent later in life is both a relief and a silent grief. You look back at years of struggle, academic pressure, social exhaustion, and spiritual shame, wishing someone had recognized your sensory needs or attention patterns before the weight of burnout settled in.
When trauma and delayed diagnosis collide, they can make you feel disconnected from your body and your faith. But God created your mind with deliberate, beautiful complexity. Your neurodivergent traits are not defects, they are unique channels of intuitive empathy, focused contemplation, and creative devotion.
"We are not here to diagnose you medically or clinicalize your identity. We are here to validate the sacred truth of your life: you survived, you grew, and now you have the space to understand your beautiful mind."

"Intentionally created."
My Story
In March of 2019, I was certified by the Brave Thinking Institute. Each lesson I learned and each story I heard enriched my life week by week. I was still growing myself when I entered the coaching certification program, but I could feel my confidence building with every passing week. I wanted to enrich other women's lives the way mine was becoming enriched.
It was almost a full year into coaching with positive, supportive language when I received my own late diagnosis of autism. The words landed with a weight I had not expected. Here I was, guiding other women toward clarity and self-acceptance, while a piece of my own story remained unwritten.
For seven years of learning and growing my business, I was untangling the strands between family challenges and autism. Slowly, piece by piece, I began to understand why I had acted the way I did all my life and why my family could not accept my differences. The answers were not immediate, but they were steady.
Through that long, honest work, I healed from codependency. I found full acceptance of who I am. My neurodivergent wiring was never something to overcome. It was something to understand, honor, and finally call my own.
Neurograce emerged from all of that healing and transformation. It is the place I built for other late-diagnosed women who are ready to untangle their own stories and step into the fullness of who they were created to be.
If you are reading this and something in these words feels familiar, please know that you are not alone. The path from pain to purpose is not a straight line, but every step you take toward understanding yourself is a step toward the life you were meant to live.
Neurograce offers faith-centered, neurodiversity-affirming spiritual life coaching. This is coaching, not clinical therapy. Explore the lessons through hands-on creative activities or journal reflection, with respect for your own spiritual journey.

This book weaves together Christian dating principles with anecdotal stories that trace back to family dynamics and the quiet patterns many late-diagnosed women recognize all too well.
Four featured chapters across two anthologies
Chapters include "Metamorphosis," "One Magic October," and "Notice What I'm Noticing" in the Short, Sweet and Sacred series, plus "Emotional Metamorphosis" in Mindful Her — each exploring themes of transformation, faith, and neurodivergent self-discovery.
